"After passing by this place numerous times, I finally decided to stop and try it out. The burger was good, although it could have used a bit more salt or seasoning. However, the fries were absolutely delicious! The service was just okay, nothing to write home about. On the bright side, it's dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. One thing that really put a damper on our experience was the behavior of the cooks. They seemed to be constantly staring and smiling especially at my chest. I had just come back from the beach, still in my bikini top, and it made my boyfriend and I incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, it's just an average spot, nothing particularly amazing.!"

"Great atmosphere, fabulous service.. Large party/ fundraiser..let me reiterate.. the service was fabulous!!! I've been to several party's here.. My only complaint, it's a bit chilly if your by a window, if it's chilly outside!! Not the worst thing..right?? I'd saved a middle table ..but?? Well it happens..if it's chilly out dress warm.. Otherwise zero complaints.."

"I traveled the California coastline for three weeks and ate at countless burger joints but this one was by far the best. What I liked most was that the burger comes with a thick layer of ultra-fresh, cold and crispy lettuce. Not just a single sorry leaf like in so many other joints. Fries were also outstanding, perfect balance of crispy and soft. Keep up the great work Jack´s kitchen team! I will spread the word for you here in Europe!"

"This is my favorite place to have breakfast or lunch. The food never disappoints and the staff is amazing. It’s become a weekly thing to go here. I feel more like family then a customer! If you have never tried it before I really recommend it. There is something for everyone on the menu and the bloody Mary’s are among the best. My go to is the banana pancakes or a frittata for breakfast and the burger for lunch."

"We love this place! We live in the Bay and every time we come to Santa Cruz we have lunch here. We had a little trouble with the waitress both times we were there, but someone else always filled the gap. Drinks are great, food is amazing, good vibes, they have live music sometimes. Dog friendly. Love it."
