"Yummy selection of donuts! I went in for 2 dozen and had no clue what I wanted other than chocolate with chocolate! So they offered to put all their best selling in and I couldn't have been happier. There was a donut for everyone's taste when I took them in to the office. Thanks for such great service!"

"My experience with this donut shop has been OK. The donuts are very good, however, the service is extremely poor. There is a young gentleman who works there who is very rude and when he takes an order this is how he comes off: Great, another customer, God you 're wasting my time. He generally looks angry that you came in, and that you are a burden. Not only that, I save him the trouble and write down my orders. Does this help? NO. Not only does it not help, but instead of a dozen, I get 11 donuts and half is not what I asked for. What is the point? This is insulting. I will no longer order donuts from this shop, I definitely will not recommend a person to this shop, and I would rather go some place else where they WANT customers."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. I'm not sure if she's the owner, but there is an utterly nasty lady who works the window and counter. She's older and the years have not worn well on her. She takes this tragic fact out on the customers. Great donuts...too bad I will never eat one again. I'm tired of giving my money to a business that takes their customers for granted. SHAME ON YOU, BANBURY CROSS."

"Serious service! our table was one of the first to sit at the first opening of the doors, but it took the server over 15 minutes before we took our drinks orders and another 30 minutes before taking our food orders. I was served the wrong drink (I was not the only one) and a third of my pizza was not only burned, but carved. eating was good, but not worth checking the tortur we had been through to get in, get in and get in."

"Hours show incorrect on Yelp, and on the door. They were closed last Saturday at 5pm, and don't answer the phone. Waste of a drive to not end up getting mochi donuts."
