"It seems like Finzi really picked up their game lately, our evening there was just perfect. The atmosphere is always enchanting and the outdoor terrace so enjoyable in summer evenings, This evening the service was impeccable, attentive and spotless. And dinner was really very good,...The tartare starter was tasty, and the sorbet moutarde surprisingly delicious. the salads well prepared, The magret de canard with honey sauce was delicious if a bit sweet, the pintade perfectly cooked, the gratin dauphinois just like it should be and the filet de bar grilled to perfection. Desserts were equally enjoyable, topped up with a friendly apple liquor, on the house. So all in all a lovely dinner and evening, we will make this one of our regulars for the future. An excellent St Palais address"

"I almost didn't write this review as I want to keep this place a secret! Its a quaint little place that you will have to walk to in the lovely village of Mornac. In side you will find a colourful dining area with a vine growing inside. The menu has a good selection and house specialities. Prices are reasonable and the service good. Its nice to find something different that isn't fast food/pizza etc.Its not high cuisine but good honest food at decent prices."

"Cela plusieurs années que nous allions dans ce restaurant très bien situé. L'accueil est devenu moyen . Un temps d'attente entre les plats un peu long même si on est en vacances; Les salles sont extrêmement bruyantes , on ne s'entent pas parler ; On se croirait dans une cantine , il manque d'intimité. Il est évident que c'est la rentabilité qui prime. Le rapport qualité prix est raisonnable si on se contente du menu de base sans supplément .La carte des vins est sobre avec peu de choix et les prix montent vite.Le rhum arrangé offert en fin de repas est très commercial et donne l'impression que la direction est généreuse."
