"Nous nous sommes arrêtés car nous n'avions rien à manger à la maison. Repas long, désorganisé, carte avec peu de choix, viande mal cuite, sauce poivre pas bonne. Le resto semble propre mais les toilettes c'est pas possible!En revanche, addition rapide et finalement salée pour la qualité."

"We discovered Le Moulin du Fossard with a couple of friends and we were charmed by the setting of the restaurant where we can still see the mechanism of the mill. The welcome by our hosts was very warm and the staff were attentive. We chose the gourmet menu, the dishes were delicious and refined. We were also very well advised on wine to accompany our meal. A big thank you for this pleasant time spent at Moulin du Fossard. It’s an excellent address that we highly recommend. "In a nice old traditional house this salon de thé created in 1880 (I knew the previous owners the Domer's sisters) is one of the best we can find in France and also in the World (for having traveling a lot). Welcoming, they teach you...the taste of the true French patisserie with a lot of finesse and creativity. They transmit not only the good taste but also the history of their art by becoming as well a very interesting museum. You must try the mille feuille, it's incredible how light and tasty the Chef is able to prepare it (they are made at the order and not prepare in advance). Be as well amazed by the conversation (an old cake with almonds), the lemon cake is also divine. And if they have it try and re-try the nougat : it's incredible especially the pistachio one. A place to go (and stay) like the restaurant Au Caneton in the same village (so sad they close they were the best). Hopefully Les biscuits d'Orbec are still here."
