"If you love ice cream a visit to the Cremerie de la Gare in Saint Jerome is a MUST! Seriously, put it on your bucket list! They have soft ice cream with the BEST dips anywhere. I sampled the white chocolate with maple as well as the dark chocolate with raspberry dips. Fantastic! The dips are thick, crunchy and tasty! Yummy yum! My husband had just a vanilla cone dipped in milk chocolate and described it as "a delectable chocolate bar with ice cream filling"! They have many other cremery items on their menu and they all sound amazing. Next time I am ordering a shake! Be sure to go with an empty stomach, practice your French while ordering the server is very patient and understanding."
