"We visited on four occasions as it was convenient for the ski bus, and each time the (presumably) female owner could barely bring herself to serve us. The first time we had the temerity to sit at a 4-person table that was had cutlery on for two people, and were summarily ousted to a table that had no cutlery on it. We then waited about twenty minutes to be served with a drink as punishment! After that, each time we visited we had to wait ages, were ignored when we asked (in French, politely) for the bill and had to go to the counter to ask. Seldom been made to feel less welcome in any place."

"The foie gras was excellent, served with toasted pain d'epice (which our French friend thought shouldn't have been toasted though I liked it) but the piece de boucher (beef) was tough. Other dishes also varied in quality and the heating failed. The centrepiece log fire remained unlit so it became a touch chilly."

"We were excited to taste some French meal in interesting looking restaurant after good skiing. Waited about 10 minutes, the waiter cleaned other tables, pretended not to see and hear us. Some people came after us and they got the menu immediately. I dont know what happened, but he was very arrogant, so we left Service: 1"

"Le cadre est très sympa mais en tant qu'étudiants les gérants se sont permis de nous arnaquer. Le tarif de groupe a 22e pour un menu raclette avec un bout de jambon, 2 bout de rosettes, un fromage sans goût et du vin acide ... Nous aurions pu avoir largement mieux a Carrefour !"
