"Order placed at 6:45 pm on the internet for 8 pm. When I arrived at 8pm, I was told 40 minutes late, unacceptable. The team tells me that when you go through the internet, there is no order moderator. Thank you, Mr. Dominos, for reviewing your reservation system. On the other hand, training your employees on customer conflict management would be beneficial because when you are told that it is not their fault, but the fact of customers it remains very average. To reason like this you can serve in time because your customers will run away!!!"
