"The steaks weren't cooked how we asked, all the food was 2out of 10 very disappointing. They had heaps of staff on but the staff were to busy huddled in the corner talking. After trying to get the bill 3 times I went off at the manager / owner in front of other people and not even that got the bill to us. Finally we decided to walk out , they got the bill to us then. Absolutely hopeless service."

"Disappointing. Was told it was excellent but food arrived lukewarm and not great. Duck curry was in very thin sauce with not much taste, squid was horrible, pad thai OK but pork belly fat and limp. All up an expensive experiment. Barlame needs to look at its takeout system and check the cook on 2 February"

"Tried this place out for a long overdue family dinner and was very happily surprised. Much more than a 'Pizza Bar '. Great food, very healthy serving sizes, great atmosphere without being overbearing or loud. Highly recommended and will be back soon."

"Looking at the website, this restaurant looked like a nice place to go for a quality meal. Despite the website blurb, the dining experience was far from truly pleasing . Yes, the food was presented well (bar the burnt bits), but the food tasted bland and had no flavour. Ambience was lacking and the staff looked pretty miserable.I usually go for a dessert, but, based on the main, I didn 't bother. Won 't be returning in a hurry."
