"I know they're busy in there all day and I understand. They barely put any meat in my burrito/ 90% rice.. Customer service is not existent. I don't know if it's a language barrier or the giant plastic shield Between us, but I find myself having to repeat myself 3 or 4 times for them to get the order correct even when speaking loudly. It was just overall not a great experience.."

"This is their standard almost food chain takeout burrito joint a la suburb maryland. it is located in the heart of the inner city of rockville, close to (same block and street side) as a shelf cinema. So if you want to see a movie and eat fast, go here. there is a good number of sitting, it is quite cheap and there is a standard vegan burrito. they can customize to have a burrito bowl, and if they go crazy with adjustment they can choose everything they want and don't want! the no meat burrito bowl is pretty good, but in my opinion, for me all vegan tasty, such as guacamole, black bean and spinat get. everything else adds substance in taste or space, but I like these parts best. the grilled veggies are in order, but nothing to write home. However, I prefer their spinat, extra cilantro and hot sauce choices compared to some other similar chains! yum is what you make of it. fast and vegan – sometimes that's enough!"

"Chipotle, generally is tasteless. I ordered pickup and somehow it took them 20 minutes over the agreed pickup time. It would have been 4x faster to wait in the line. How do you calculate a tortilla? Take your time and money to Qdoba."

"The food is always brilliant and fresh. You have a lot of options. Burrito will always be my favorite!!! No, you don't have to get a burrito. I'm just suggesting you. I also love the soda machine in this place. The soda doesn't taste like they mixed water in them. It's always clean in this place and it smells Amazing. Staff are always very friendly. If you have any questions, just ask them for suggestions. Great place to sit and relax. Eat me the sky."

"Went to this location for the first time this evening with my husband. Worst experience I?ve EVER had. Ordered two chicken and steak bowls. Everything looked so appetizing and the staff was quite friendly in the beginning. As I start to eat I realized the chicken was RAW!!! I immediately spit it out and brought it to the attention of the staff, one girl just apologized and carried on about her business so along came the ?manager? Camila. She didn?t even apologize she didn?tcheck the bowls she did absolutely nothing! Not even offered a refund. I was furious, so I walked out. Came back after I called them and asked to speak to the manager. I was told by an employee she was too busy to come to the phone. Andmind you I called while I?m sitting in my car in front of the restaurant with not a soul in the restaurant!! Unbelievable. So she finally got on the phone and said to come back if I want another bowl. I walked in and told her I would prefera refund. She told me she didn?t know how to do that. How are you a manager and you know nothing about your position? No customer service what so ever. She told me she could ONLY refund ONE bowl because she didn?t see two. After I handedher my original receipt. I mentioned to her that the coke was out as well and the soda was sitting on the table. She refused to refund that as well and told me to pick another soda. I?m not sure if she was just ?acting? like a manager orshe just doesn?t know what the role of being a manager in a restaurant is. So rude and just horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. And I really hope to all who reads the reviews on this place thinkstwice before stepping in that place. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!! Do better Qdoba! Hire better employees who will make your company stand out and be great!"
