"Was very unprofessional, came out with friends order but not mine. They started to deliver her food to another table, until table told them it was our food instead. They forgot about my order and had to put it in while my friend ate her food. She asked for a glass of water and took over 15 minutes to get water. My order finally came out after she was already done eatting. While there, we saw another person get liquid from a plate spilled on them. And the chips that came with the chips and dip were barely warm. Food overall was fine, but the service was alot to be desired, safe to say we won't be going back."

"This is the closest Mexican food to our house. We enjoy the food and it's typically out quick and service is good. The salsa isn't my favorite over all the Mexican places that we go to, but it's still good. I prefer with a little spice and this one does not have much. I would also say the taste of the food isn't always consistent. The first time I went there it was not good ad another time is was fantastic and the last time is was mediocre. I am not sure if they have a high turnover in the kitchen or why. I would say the tortillas are always fantastic! We keep going back here because of how close it is to where we live, but it's not my first choice for Mexican food in columbus."

"I’ll start by saying this was my third time attempting to patron the Blacklick location, the first time they opened hours after their posted opening time and I couldn’t wait because I was on a lunch break; the second time I went in the evening but they closed early. This third time I ordered online and arrived at the time my order was to be ready but had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. Everyone there for online orders were waiting as if online orders were not being prepared. There was a woman there who had been waiting 40 minutes! Once I received my order and got home to enjoy it, I couldn’t because the rice was undercooked and hard. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but won’t be going back."
