"To repeat another review that I have recently seen on this site, service and hospitality are terrible. my wife and I went straight into the terrace because it was a nice day and we were not recognized more than 20 minutes. the bartender, who was apparently the only worker available, was to fill his crude, refreshing ice, and then continued to take his laptop out and sit on the bar. I'm sure it was a slow day. when we were on the terrace, we decided to choose a table that sat in the sun because it was nice and warm, we had to move three cocktail glasses from the table and the bartender who was plagued with a customer, waved his hand in our direction and said: “loved love it”, sarcastic. as they can probably assume, we are left. what is used to love this place and since new peculiarity I do not know whether we will be back for a past."

"Having been into rum for a long time, but only just getting started into cordials and amaros, this seemed like a great spot to hit while we were in Reno. We had a private experience by the owner, Joe, who took us on a tour of their productions and helped us down a discovery of our palate. Suffice it to say, we left with several bottles (and would have bought more, had we not been flying out the next day). And we will certainly be back on our next Reno trip."

"My favorite part of the tour that we did in Nevada. Rum cup cake. OMG!! I can eat this everyday. I didn't get to enjoy this place us much as I wanted to but if I ever come back to Nevada it will definitely be the place to come back."
