"I can honestly say this the only 5 star review (that I recall, at least) I 've ever given a restaurant. If you want good American Chinese food, this is your place. Plentiful portions, deep flavor, and plenty of options. I have lost track of how many times I 've eaten here, and I 'm totally fine with that. The owner is just about the sweetest lady you 'll ever meet, and will always go out of her way to accommodate you. A few menu suggestions: get the hot and sour soup, and ask for spicy/hot oil mix the hot oil in with your soup, and thank me later. Their Kung Pao chicken is good (however I can never get it spicy enough that 's a me issue: I 'm sure they 'd be breaking some sort of San Mateo county fire ordinance if they made it the heat level I wanted). The crab wonton and the egg rolls are great! Just the right level of crispy and just enough fried flavor. If you want Chinese food, and you 're hungry, just trust me. Come here. You 're not going to be sorry. And, if you eat here, then tell me you ARE sorry, then you can 't be my friend."
