"We are lucky that our neighborhood bakery is the Little French Bakery : Everything is yummy here! Their croissants are wonderful buttery and substantial with a myriad of flavors; ham and gruyère is our family favorite, almond if we go fr sweet. Their sandwiches use fresh ingredients, with the salmon dill one being our favorite. And all of their puffs and beautiful cookies, cakes, tarts, and other French specialties are wonderful and dreamy. We'd highly recommend stopping by once, twice, daily : We always have to get a baguette very authentic. The family who runs the shop is so kind...and they are of course French. Well done and thank you for this gem I the village!"

"I celebrated my graduation this evening in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that it was a awesome evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for that outstanding evening. "I have been to most of the Orange County locations, but we seem to enjoy the Redondo Beach, California for weekend brunch. During the weekends, there is always a long wait, and on this visit, this was no exception. We arrived about 12:00 noon on a Saturday, and the wait time was about half hour.<br/ <br/ My usual go-to menu item is a full order of potato pancakes, which are grounded or grated potatoes mixed with onions and seasoning, and made into a shallow pancake. Unlike hashed browns, where the potatoes are coarse, the consistency for a potato pancake is like mashed potatoes. Traditionally, they are prepared thickly, but I prefer mine more thin and the edges crispy (as pictured), and served with apple sauce and sour cream. Original Pancake House also serves excellent thick cut bacon, but not cheap as a side of 4 bacon comes"

"I've been going to Joe's ever since I was a kid I remember it used to only be a counter this was one of the original owner named Juana owned it there was stories that she carried a gun behind the grill just in case she got held up this is going back a long time ago besides that the best place to eat breakfast in the South Bay without a doubt it's a landmark many of my friends who went to high school to this day still Eat At Joe's when there is a reunion or if they still live in the area they do drop by there occasionally for a John Wayne breakfast"

"This time I was there to get food for my elderly parents. They love the French Dip sandwich. I also enjoy Arby's selection of food. I like the Corned Beef Reuben sandwich, the Smoke House Brisket sandwich and their burgers. And I happy they brought back the potato cakes."

"An excellent small French bistro in a non-describing strip mall off pch. inconsistency was not a problem. the food and service were excellent every time we visited. so far we have tried seafood boulliabaise – excellent broth, very fresh seafood, but the halibut was a little dry for me, but still good veal osso bucco on a bed of risotto – this is my absolute favourite dish. tenderly, they fall from the bone vein (a huge freaky worth) and the risotto sauteed in the calves stock was eyes on the back of the head rich and delicious. my inner carnivore begins to stir, remembers just how big this dish was souffle with gran marnier - so light, but so rich and a little too sweet for me, but I have a very low tolerance for sweetness, so I would go with someone else on this an aimees sign for me – scallops and foie gras. scallops on a plant reduction I would seriously order 6 of them if a stroke or an aneurysm from all cholesterol were not concerned. prices are reasonable and even on the low side for quality and excellent service. good food and good service aside, Aimee’s will always keep a special place in my heart. see them, our jubilee fell on the weekday of the mother in this year, we tried to make reservations in the last minute – completely our fault, and we had absolutely no hope to acquire reservations, but after talking with aimees and let them know that it was for our jubilee, she seemed so honored that we would choose to spend such a special day with her that they make us so that they would it was like we'd do it to her and not vice versa! aimee is incredible and we will always appreciate what she has done for us. a trip to aimee is like a trip to the home of a beloved tante, a beloved French tante, which can make some kickass gourmet dishes, but will grab and kiss their cheeks yet"

"Although the view is great from the second floor, and the sunset is unparalleled, the food here is terrible and the wine is overpriced. We had the soup and grilled cheese sandwich and my daughter had a chicken Citrus salad. The salad was very bland and they didn’t have a good variety of dressings. There’s not even Caesar dressing. Then the olives that were on the side came with hair in them. The soup was cold and tasted sour. The grilled cheese sandwich was on white and was Luke warm and not very much cheese. Just not a great experience."
