"Do not order the delivery via the app. red robin lets my food be delivered continuously 30-40 minutes after its left, the driver will be given another order last minute that somehow becomes a priority over me? I called for help when my eating was cold and the pommes were picked and undercooked (I always order crispy fries, but they are never even though they say it on my reception). I was brushed and said I could come for a new one, but I would have to pay. as superfan by rr for over 20 years it is extremely discouraging to be ignored, I am sad to say I will not order soon."

"Prices are ridiculous here I paid $22.82 for a BLT and Club. The bacon was hard couldn't even eat the BLT!!!! What a waste of money and the service is horrible. The staff are just plain rude the place needs a cleaning too. You can always tell how clean a restaurant is by its restrooms and these are disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else Applebees is just around the corner and much nicer dining room it's clean the staff is amazing and equivalent to the price. You will leave with a smile instead of an upset stomach."
