"This might be fun if you have never experienced cooking but for me, I have and would've found it more exciting if they gave us actual seasonings for our meats, when I asked for some garlic oil, the waiter just said I can't really give you that unless you order this. On top of this, its like the only thing available on the menu is meat, chicken or shrimp, I didn't see soups, side dishes, or veggies, the bloody plates are left on your table and there is no trash can near by, it would be great if they included a bin next to you where you can throw all the bloody plates, and trash, it felt very unsanitary and like nothing short of cross contamination. I wanted to love this place so much and thought it would be a great experience but I should've just stayed home and eaten my plain steak/rice/shrimp over my BBQ."

"Just tasted P Train’s BBQ at an event and was blown away! Turns out that this excellent blend of BBQ traditions from around the U.S. is the perfect recipe for solid BBQ. Using a custom built smoker made to look like train engine, Pat the ‘P’ in P Train, expertly smokes pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, and for a California twist tri tip. Frankly, indirect smoking tri tip beats out the direct grilling Santa Maria style, hands down. Think, a cross between a smoked steak and Texas brisket. Now if you’re like me, you’ll avoid the everyday dry, tasteless pulled pork that relies on loads of sauce to make it edible...but P Train’s pulled pork is juicy and loaded with flavor. Lastly, to round this all out, their BBQ sauce is delicious, fresh, and brings a unique herbaceous twist to the sauce game. With a sweet spice and hint of oregano, you will not taste a sauce like this anywhere else. To someone that considers Central Texas BBQ as the bar for all BBQ to follow, this marriage of Texas, CA, Carolina, and KC BBQ is a must try! Two smokey thumbs up!"

"Horrible service workers are in the back are coughing up phelm and clearing throat, it just sounds disgusting also be careful they will overcharge and pretend not understand your questions they will include a 20% tip to your bill and still ask you if you would like to ad tip.After you ask prices they don't under english anymore.Go at your own risk."

"Redhill BBQ is the best BBQ in Southern California, hands down. Now I know this is a great claim, but his truth! They offer authentic Texas BBQ at a great price. Your portions are very generous. Your menu is full of variety. I was pleased to see that she also looked after and had whole smoked turkeys and pigs, (see as if I didn't cook this Thanksgiving! You can dip or take off. We got in. The atmosphere was cozy and had a small piece of Texas all around. Service was fast, and the staff hearts seemed as big as Texas! The meat was so delicate and moist. Redhill's BBQ sauce was perfect. Not too sweet Not too savory. Right. What Redhill made me was the way the meat was smoked. Here you can tell if a barbecue area is real. Redhill is for real... They represented Texas right! The pages where you have to die! I loved the baked beans. The potato salad for me was like a meal in his own. Your desserts are just sinful! The Peach Cobbler and Banana Pudding was so rich and full and you can’t go without their famous “Southern Sweet Tea.” Prepare to take your food home because you will not end everything in one seat. Food at Redhil BBQ was not just another meal, it was a culinary experience. I'll never forge. I recommend Redhill BBQ to all who have an appreciation for good food, a great service and a touch of southern hospitality. You will not be disappointed"
