"Poole's is a go-to spot in Raleigh for elevated and thoughtful comfort food. The shareable Macaroni Au Gratin is an absolute must every single time. This past visit, we also ordered a fresh tomato dish and the roast pork cheek; both were delicious and well portioned. The service is always great and the drink menu has a ton of options. Try to snag an earlier reservation if you can; they begin to run out of dishes and cocktails later in the night!"

"I had the best experience at this location. Shari was the loveliest person I have ever met. You can tell she cares for the customers and highly values her job. She was very helpful and because of her alone, I will be returning to this location on a regular basis. I must add, the food was excellent, hot, and made to perfection! I don’t know the name of the man who cooked it for me, but thank you for making my first cheesesteak hashbrown bowl to perfection for me! I also enjoyed the positive vibes that filled the restaurant.
