"This was our worst experience with any St. Hubert at which we've eaten. Food was fine and typical for the chain - I think the kitchen staff did a fine job with quality and speed, however. The service was EXTREMELY slow despite the restaurant and our server's section was not being busy, at all. It took significant time for us to get anything from our server (menus, napkins for a small water spill, place order, return after we'd eaten, our bill, etc). One of my sons found, in our second serving of coleslaw, a (threaded) metal fastener and, despite us (and the manager) trying to take this serious situation a bit light-hearted - his offer for free dessert, which then became ONE free dessert (for five meals) was a bit of an under response - to say the least. Two-plus hours we'd wished we'd spent somewhere else!"

"A restaurant has passed its premiere. Among the specialities are steaks and caesar salat prepared table side. the steak was tender, but it was lacking taste and the sauce was blande. when we asked if there was an salate next to the caesar, the first waiter offered a small green by the side, but a second waiter tried to speak in the much more expensive caesar. on the plus side, the red wine was recommended excellent although $20 more than I asked to pay. the decoration was dated and the waiting service was not polished, given the high prices would not go back!"
