"Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous ambience. The food was not so great. Charcuterie was a lot of spicy/fatty meat, four small pieces stale bread, no cheese/olives/crackers. We didn’t eat much of it. My lamb was very bland, no taste really and again little meat, lots of fat. Cheesecake was ok, small. Waiter was lovely just food was blah. No wine list. Waited 12 years to try it and probably won’t go back unless it was the murder mystery theatre and different food."

"I ordered a cafe latte and it was cold so I had to go in and ask for a fresh one. It was a little better but not hot enough. They also hadn't any apple fritters or everything bagles. I'll never go there again"

"Me and my worker went to buy lunch there today, all the food was cold, and stale, the fries were cold, the burger was cold, the nuggets were cold, and the chicken sandwich was soggy, we went back to tell them that the food was not good, and the guy decided to argue with us an tell us the food was made just an hour ago, of course it will be cold, but then he change his story and said the food was made 15-20 min ago. We work 2 minute away from the restaurant, so they didn't get cold on the car ride. They refunded the money, but the service and hygiene of this place is terrible, no hair-nets, no gloves, no washing hands after touching raw meet and cooked meet. AVOID IT."

"Excellent spot to grab a sub. The service staff were really nice and did a great job of building my sub. They were also very patient and friendly with my young daughters as I got them to order their own subs. Good experience for the girls."

"Three of us went for a mother's day meal on Friday that did not disappoint. I had the Nicaraguan ribs, the others day the ribeye, and lamb. Big portions, although more veg. would have been nice. Excellent wine selection. Delicious spring deserts, and in-house made ice cream. We'll be going back for sure."

"Friends brought us here and I am glad they did. What a treat! Cosy little restaurant between Cambridge and Flamborough, just west of Hyw.6 and north of Hamilton. Open Thurs-Sunday. A touch of Denmark in Ontario with a good selection of Canadian fare to top off the menu. Staff were outstanding and very accommodating to my dietary requirements. Food was very good indeed and all 6 of us enjoyed our dinner entrees. I had the schnitzel and had to take home half the meat. No skimping at this place. Bar was laden with Danish beers and other domestic and international brands. Price was simply great. Sorry I waited so long to come here. Be back soon."

"A&W's quality has always been top tier, however, they are getting too expensive, and starting to nickle and dime.Charging for tiny mayo packets is embarrassing.5 star food, 3 stars cause?"
