"Pre-ordered an hour ahead for delivery via foodhub. 70 minutes later, 10 minutes after delivery was due, I get a notification, text and email stating they had too many orders and had to cancel mine. I can understand this maybe 10 or 15 minutes after order, especially through a 3rd party app, but 70 minutes after ordering?! And 10 minutes after the delivery was actually due?! I Completely unacceptable. Now we have to wait yet another hour for a reputable restaurant to actually do their job."

"Probably one of the worst Indian take aways I’ve had , the lamb seems like it had been cooked for years , the chicken had no flavour and the shop Bought samosas had hardly any meat in them. The sauce for the lamb dish was nice , just a pity the lamb was so incredibly over cooked. My choice was based on a whim as the food descriptions sounded amazing. Wouldn’t recommend AMENDED I complained, the meal was replaced and it was like a complete new meal! The food was out of this world. I don’t understand why if it could have been cooked like that at first … it wasn’t? Thank you to the driver for apologising. I’m still annoyed with how long this took to sort out. I do get mistakes happen tho but the meal I’ve just eaten was like it was cooked by a completely different person. Anyway thank you for rectifying the problem."
