"Location in Port Hope is convenient for attending shows at the Capitol Theatre and there's lots of free parking nearby, but that's about it. The food was just mediocre and not at all worth the price, and the service was pretty slow. We both ordered steaks, and it took about 45-50 minutes for them to arrive. We then had to eat quicker than we wanted and couldn't order dessert, which is just as well because we probably couldn't afford dessert. I would not go here again because it simply wasn't worth the money."

"Overall, the experience here was absolutely terrible. The waiter was nice but It’s a filthy disgusting place. The food is awful. I saw the waiter drop a cup, and instead of washing it, she immediately put it back. The food is horrendous. Its got to be some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten I would’ve rather have eaten McDonald’s. I got a poutine and wings. My poutine lacked cheese was mostly gravy. My fries were soggy they taste like they were frozen and then reheated instead of fresh cut the wings were worse, they had been microwaved, and they tasted that way too. The decor is so outdated. It is laughable. Well I’m not a person that cares too much about what a restaurant looks like more about the quality of food. This was an absolute joke. I was served a drink in a plastic cup instead of glass when I go to a nice restaurant and I pay over $100 I expect to have at least a glass cup. The cutlery was dirty, which was absolutely disgusting thankfully my fork wasn’t and that’s the only one that I used. Overall, if you’re looking for a good meal, I’d avoid this place the food is laughable a child can make better food."

"Bunkers is a restaurant and sports bar in Marmora. They have a pretty big menu with lots of selection. Everything that I have ever ordered was extremely good. It was hot when they brought it to me. The service could have been a little bit faster though."

"We visited this restaurant before the Donovan Woods show at the Capital Arts Theatre this past Sunday, Nov. 5th. It's located just off main street right across from the LCBO only a 5min walk to the theatre which is great. The second we walked in we were warmly greeted by staff and seated at one of the high tops by the window. The space is super cozy only 7 8 tables and seating at the bar and the vibe is awesome. The place quickly filled up and was buzzing! The food and service were excellent. I had the fried chicken sandwich and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich special and we were raving it about it until we go home later that night. We both agreed if we lived in Port Hope this would be our go to fav spot. The wine list features an excellent mix of local and international which I appreciated. I love their focus on local and sustainable menu items. We drive to TO often and are always looking for a place to eat to split up the drive home and this place will now be our go to stop. This place makes us want to visit Port Hope more and explore what else the town has to offer. Bravo Social team keep up the amazing work!"

"Okay, this place must be one of my favorite spots in Port Hope Ontario City. To love the menu, they have a lot of variety. Sweet little terrace outside, Chill Vibe on the inside? What we ordered: ?Creamy Jerk Chicken Fatucine: Jerk chicken with tomatoes, green onions and peppers in a creamy shark sauce. That SAUCE was so good. ?This Or That Combo Platter: comes with spring rolls, coconut shrimps, Bruschetta, Thai Chilli Chicken Sweet Chicken sauce. Thai Coconut Curry Chicken: Vegetables in Thai Coconut Curry Sauce served with rice. All this food was so delicious, literally bursting with flavors. A very nice restaurant for diving and relaxing. I visit them again to try their other specialties like butter chicken, Greek salads and ravioli safe??"

"It's nice for breakfast, but I found the lunch and dinner food a little too greasy for my taste. Price is average, atmosphere nothing special, and service (when we visited) not so great. But it is one of the better burgers in Cobourg. When I want a good burger, I drive to Port Hope to Olympus Burger or Harvey's"
