"Overall, the experience here was absolutely terrible. The waiter was nice but It’s a filthy disgusting place. The food is awful. I saw the waiter drop a cup, and instead of washing it, she immediately put it back. The food is horrendous. Its got to be some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten I would’ve rather have eaten McDonald’s. I got a poutine and wings. My poutine lacked cheese was mostly gravy. My fries were soggy they taste like they were frozen and then reheated instead of fresh cut the wings were worse, they had been microwaved, and they tasted that way too. The decor is so outdated. It is laughable. Well I’m not a person that cares too much about what a restaurant looks like more about the quality of food. This was an absolute joke. I was served a drink in a plastic cup instead of glass when I go to a nice restaurant and I pay over $100 I expect to have at least a glass cup. The cutlery was dirty, which was absolutely disgusting thankfully my fork wasn’t and that’s the only one that I used. Overall, if you’re looking for a good meal, I’d avoid this place the food is laughable a child can make better food."

"Went for an early mother's day. Butter chicken was spicy. Wings were not very sauced up and when asked for more was told it is extra. Nothing stood out and food was average."

"It's nice for breakfast, but I found the lunch and dinner food a little too greasy for my taste. Price is average, atmosphere nothing special, and service (when we visited) not so great. But it is one of the better burgers in Cobourg. When I want a good burger, I drive to Port Hope to Olympus Burger or Harvey's"

"Scrumptious curly fries! Glad I got to try this spot on my way home. Would prob skip the slider tho to save my appetite for the fries (but the buffalo chicken was nicely flavoured)."

"Every time we go through drive through we get to see Allie's smiling face, making my kids smile and laugh too! And when we go in to eat she goes out of her way to come out,say hi and make us feel like special VIP guests. We love her and this location wouldn't be the same without her!"

"We were at Ganaraskalen by chance. What a treat. We were greeted by the owner who was absolutely charming. The food was delicious the homemade cakes fabulous in any case would make the effort to go well again."
