"First time here with 3 friends. On this day (Saturday at 1:30 pm) they must have been really short handed because our server (Jerry) seemed to be almost working alone. Everything took way too long. He was great and did the best he could. Jerry was a 5. Meal #1, 6 oz Renegade steak with steamed veges. (A 5) for $10.99.. #2, 1/2 Shaved Prime Rib Sand. and Soup (A 3 Not enough meat) for $8.99.. #3, Braised Beef Sand. (A 3, Not enough meat, Rather Bland and needed more BBQ Sauce) for $9.29.. #4, Chowder Cesar Salad (A 3, Chowder was Bland but Salad was OK) for $6.99.. We would go back, but would hope for a better experience the next time."

"Longhorn remains an efficient and professional restaurant with excellent service. Despite the fact that we had to wait, the bartender made us exceptional drinks and used the online app that we could say when we were sitting. Our server Leslie was exceptional and at every point during our dinner. We didn't want anything anymore, nor we had to wait until the check was served. Service is the key element and Longhorn has it to a science. You cannot beat the quality of food in this restaurant chain. It never disappoints. Thank you to Leslie for taking care of us so well."
