"The quality of the food is superb.Ingredients are top.Execution is to perfection.Nice balance between tradition and inspiration.Choices are limited, but fair enough.Also very limited choice of wines, so even I could decide, and they had a very nice Jura wine, (the Jura region is 20 klm up).The poulet de Bresse' is a must.The place is a family thing in the middle of nowhere.Slowly they disappear.The menu's set price is 36 (41 if you take the poulet).That included the most balanced basic souffl I had in some years, with an intriguing a ct . One possible remark: personally I prefer the white wine a little bit cooler. Like it is served now it is perfect when you open the bottle but during a dinner that takes over one hour?I realise I just lost most of my French friends!"
