"Our stay was perfect from A to Z. We enjoyed a local menu in the evening, enjoying a hotel night and enjoying a breakfast. Everything was perfect, tasty meals, perfect presentation, local and seasonal products, warm environment, friendly staff, discreet and very attentive. Room side: modern, comfortable and functional. "Visited this hotel's restaurant on a summer evening while staying in a different hotel.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I chose items from their day-menu. There were two choices for the main course, but the for first course, cheese, and dessert course, I was given many options. All the food was professionally prepared and well-presented. The ingredients were of high quality and much of it local. The service was polite and with a genuine smile. The woman serving my table was proud of what she was offering me toeat and very helpful in guiding me when ordering.I had house-wine which was highly drinkable and a good match with what I was eating.Looking at the other guests, I could see that they were enjoying their food too.The restaurant room is very grand and what you might expect in a historic country house.I would certainly be delighted to eat here again, and maybe even stay a night or two."

"Rooms that have remained in their original state since... But where are the 2 stars. But don't look for it, it's the same everywhere in the surrounding hotels. Thermal resort not having been able to keep up with the evolution of its times. Sources closed since 2020 and until 2023."
