"We had such a bad experience. eating was less than acceptable. in my oysters was worth half a beach of sand, which was also badly fucked. I pointed it to our server and she brought it back to the kitchen. we ordered the ribeye medium rare . we cut into the middle it was much more than medium rare. more like medium, the medium approaches well. we pointed out and sent it back. we were not offered any other steak that was cooked as we demanded. the manager came by and said very loud, I took the oysters and took your bill. loud enough for other tables to hear and then went to ask” they have ever utter before” and their ribeye was just a little over boiled” when I reacted that everyone gast delivered their food as they ordered it was very angry and became even louder and drew more attention in our direction. “Our real cook isn’t here tonight, so it’s part of the problem. he's a superstar. “I asked her what her name was and she reacted. I am the MANAYER” now yes, I had thousands of oysters in my time and own 2 restaurants that served them daily. a few hundred plus a day. I would have been embarrassed to serve what we have received. and if I seldom order a steak medium, shouldn't the expectation be that the steak medium is rarely served? should I just expect that what we order is not correct? unnecessary to say our special night was ruined, we will ever go back and will make sure to share our experience with all so that they are not in the fashion we were. unfortunately I did not make pictures of the very bad quality dishes. I wish that I have shown the world the unacceptable quality that has been encountered. thanks elizabeth “THE MANAYER” for showing what really hospitable is. I will. use her behavior and act as training for my teams, as not to act. I do not know that I have ever been so dissatisfied with the service in my 23 years in the industry."
