"Our sailing party came across this restaurant by accident in a side street and what a nice surprise it was. Service was prompt and very friendly and the food faultless. Decor classy. We were neither hurried nor neglected. Top marks to the waiter for looking after us so well. Thanks also to the owner, Patrice, for promptly posting to Ireland the hat which I'd left behind. We've promised to return to eat at this lovely restaurant and also to beat them at football!"

"Food quality and service have greatly deteriorated in the past years so we won’t go back to what had become a regular stop for us in Pornichet for as long as I can remember (I’d say years). On the plus side, the location is...fantastic and we’ve always liked the laid-back unfussy and unpretentious venue. But the owners have become just plain unpleasant, making the customers almost sorry to disturb or worry to upset them by asking the wrong question and doing the wrong thing. I was also shocked by the sarcastic comments I’ve heard in passing on non-French speaking customers. In addition, the quality of the “crepes” has become really below average. The crepes are dry and lack flavour. There are too many other great options in the area to be bothered to put up with the attitude and the average food."

"The restaurant is mixed with its bar. the boss and his partner are directly at your hearing, with distraction. it's simple - no fine gastronomy - but listening to your wishes. the day before, the Scottish boss of the peas and the next day, on the menu of the day: soup with peas! So it's good home cooking. curiously and I rejoice, at the end of the meal, the boss offered us an old plum and coffee. or a gift of 15 € minimum (view the dose of the digestive.) I recommend if you like the warm atmosphere while eating a simple and good kitchen."
