"Terrible service!! Received my order with the lids not properly closed or package. It resulted in my food wasting out in the bag. When called to complain, I was getting the run around. So I headed back up there to the store and only talked to a worker. The owner would not even come talk to me face to face. Only saying that they are not responsible for the food once the customer has it. I understand if a refund could not be done. Replace food that was not properly packaged. Now I’m out of my money!"

"On this visit, I went to purchase a catfish dinner. Like always, before I order catfish at any restaurant, I ask if the catfish is American farm-raised or Asian (basa). The cashier assured me that it was American farm-raised and also pointed to the posted sign on the wall stating that. She lied! When I got home, it was the flat fried Asian and not the meaty American catfish. These people are breaking the law by false advertising their catfish. So if you are a catfish lover, DO NOT purchase it here. It is fake, but they are charging catfish prices for cheap Asian (basa) fish!!!"

"It was okay, not as good as the first time I ate one, (Fultondale location), sandwich was steaming hot fresh to order], this one came out in less than two minutes, barely warm, and under sized, I was on time restraints, so I let it go. I went to Chalkville location because I was on that side of town, if I ever return to that particular restaurant, I will ask that it be made fresh."
