"Awful. Genuniely Awful, I ordered a singular pasta and it took 40+ minutes and me asking about it and still waiting after this. I understand things take time but there was 4 guests in the store including myself. The workers were rude and purposely ignored guests as well as just lying on the situation of my food. Plus even when i did get it the food it wasnt even good"

"When my husband and I walked in to pick up our carry out order the place was very Clean. Our orderwas not ready so we waited another 12 to 15mins for the order. Our cashier was very kind and friendly, Kudos.We have to say in disbelief that our pizza and traditional wings were Dry and not to our satisfaction. I called to explain my self to Tyler,, manager. He mention to me 3 times he was very confused on my concern regarding our pizza.I explained my self 3 different times. I was very upset regarding our service. I made sure, Mr. Tyler was aware of our concerns.He was very onfused and needed to understand why I did not call immediately. Mind you I explained why 3 times!I honestly and faithfully believe he assumed I was BS.He never once apologized to me. I asked for corporate phone number and it was given to me. The way this gentle spoke to me he was not going to remake our order for aother day. Until I said I will be picking up our replacement order tomorrow.I felt very poorly treated. I know that BARRON PIZZA WINGS ARE FABULOUS AND THE ORDER THAT WAS RECEIVED TODAY WAS NOT BARRONS AMAZING PIZZA!Thank you!"
