"What a terribly ran establishment!!!! Today is Father’s Day and my husband wanted BBQ. I placed our order online and went at my scheduled time of 5:30pm to pick up our food. The place was super busy so I tried to be patient as I waited for my order. I watched people come and go. I went to the counter repeatedly to inquire about my order and was told “it’s coming, thanks for your patience”. After nearly 2 HOURS of standing there a woman comes to me and apologized but they ran out of chicken which is what I had ordered. 2 HOURS of my day standing there waiting to walk out empty handed. I know I’m just one person and it doesn’t matter to them but NEVER AGAIN!"

"Just had my 40th birthday brunch and it was Awesome Emily was the BEST! The down side was the the price increase on crab legs, I own Beauty Bar Hair Skin Nails Salon across the street and have been coming here since it opened cost of 1lb of Snow Crab use to be $15ish dollars and now its $35.00 that's a sustaintial jump for the same food. Yes, I'll be revisiting because this place has a great product."

"Let me start by saying I love Applebee's happy hour...usually. Tonight we went to a different Applebee's that usual and were extremely disappointed. We ordered 4 appetizers, margaritas, iced tea, chicken tenders, a side salad and their 4 cheese mac n cheese with bacon. We had to send back 2 appetizers because they were ice cold the Buffalo wings were still frozen! The cheese with the pretzels tasted like it was straight from the fridge to our table and the pretzels had so much salt, you could have used them to melt snow. The margaritas were ok but not great. We asked for sweetener for our tea and got a small bowl with 2 packets of sugar for 4 teas! I didn't think anyone could screw up a salad but, I was wrong. The lettuce was wilted and drowning in dressing. We asked for a side of ranch for the mediocre tenders and got barbecue. We never got the ranch. The server was nice but so overworked that we saw her twice during our meal. We had such a bad experience that, I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend this Applebee's to anyone I actually liked."

"Let me start off by saying I finally had great service and delicious food.Tom was our server, and he suggested an amazing wine Cru since my favorite wasn 't available. He was very honest when I asked about food wine selections, which I appreciated. Everything came out in a timely manner, and was hot, delicious, and perfect. Our anniversary was really special due to the amazing staff here. Even the hostess was polite and wished us a happy anniversary. I highly recommend. :"

"Service was great, food was okay. Western burger sauce was good, burger was cooked as requested but the meat itself was bland. Fries were over seasoned to the point they stung my tongue with garlic and salt. Bf didn't even finish his burger, he got the classic and it had no flavor except the extra pickle he requested flavor."
