"Our wait was shorter than estimated, which is always good. We had a little mix up when our servers changed after our drink order which might have caused our food to be delayed, but our baked oyster appetizers arrived well after our entrées, so it was a bit unusual. The food was good but not great."

"We are sure to make a reservation here each time we visit Pensacola and it never disappoints. Anita was our server and she was fantastic, great service and sense of humor. I ordered the red snapper this time and it was delicious! The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable."

"We stumbled across this family owned Bistro looking for latte during our trip to Pensacola Beach. We liked it so much that we returned to the bistro each morning for breakfast and coffee. The latte and food were delicious. The young lady, Raquel, taking orders and making our drinks amazingly recognized us and remembered our drink order on our second visit. She greeted us with a friendly smile and good conversation each of our 4 visits. We would highly recommend Cafe Bistro."

"Glad we opted for this today. Delicious and different! We ordered the Rueben with mahi-mahi (sounds strange, but it was so good) and the Cuban, which was also very tasty. The fries are more like chip fries; crispy and seasoned perfectly. The sweet tea was refreshing, service was great (Alex took good care of us), the atmosphere has a fresh look with the color scheme and the reggae music gave it that island feel we wanted while dining. The outdoor seating area has misting fans and the indoor is cool with garage style doors and big fans. The middle of the inside area has a bar that wraps around the restaurant. The view is pretty with the pier located right near the restaurant. Very impressed and will return!"
