"Online ordering said it would be 20-30 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I arrived 35 minutes later only to find out that my order was not ready and would not be ready for at least another 30 -60 minutes. THey could not be more specific than that. I asked if they could call me when it was ready and they refused. They said the only thing I could do was just to come back in 30 minutes. They didn't even offer me the phone number for the store to call in, they just insisted I needed to physically come back in. Lesson learned."
