"I've eaten here quite a bit. A couple weeks ago I returned for my favourite Bún Vermicelli dish. The flavouring has changed, the noodles seemed different, pasty if I had to put a word to it. It just didn't seem to have the crisp clean taste I have grown to love. Not sure if the owner could shed some light on this. Have you switched your grocer or something? It's still good, but I noticed."

"Wonderful experience. Very friendly owner. The crunchy seafood chow main was delicious. The wor wonton soup was a great alternative to pho. Glad to see a Vietnamese restaurant who specializes in something other than pho. Definitely the best wontons around!"

"We ordered 4 gf dishes and they were really good and highly recommend. They use fresh ingredients and they were super helpful when it comes to gf. Avoid deep fried items as it is a shared fryer. The noodles and crepes were my favourite"

"This has got to be one of the best noodle houses anywhere. Food is great and the service is fast, efficient and very respectful. The hot and sour soup is simply great! My husband and I (don't mean to sound like Queen E! go there on a regular basis have never been disappointed yet. We have tried numerous dishes and have yet to have a bad one. Sometimes, though, it's hard to get a table as they are constantly full up. So you have a choice take out or wait a bit. The wait is worth it!"

"Fantastic slow cooked meats Texas BBQ style. We had the beef brisket, corn bread and a bacon bite appetizer. The bacon bite consists of bacon wrapped around a chorizo sausage topped with cream cheese and a demmera sugar. Delicious!The beef brisket was melt in your mouth tender with generous portions. There were many Southern style sauces to choose from.I wish we had this Texas BBQ Truck in our home town.They are located on Errington Road just off of the Port Alberni Hwy."
