"Ordered from Salt for the first time today and the pizzas were excellent. Arguably the best vegetarian pizza I've had in years. Generous toppings, amazing base/crust and everything was fresh and full of flavour. Will be ordering again from Salt without a doubt. And again. The fact that they are a few minutes' drive away is dangerous..."

"We tried the wontons in spicy garlic sauce, the braised eggplant with mixed vegetables, Singapore chowfun & Szechuan style fried rice. We really enjoyed the wontons which were packed full with fillings, and not just the wonton wrap. The sauce was a little bit too salty. There was a reasonable amount of shrimps in the fried rice. The dishes were reasonably priced. We would definitely come back here when in the area."

"This pizzeria is one of the best pizzerias I've ever experienced and certainly one of Van islands best kept secrets. Ask for it well done and its darker on top and the best crunch ever. lots of toppings and cheese...PERFECT everytime. Very friendly and accommodating owners and staff."

"Dinner and conversation were both very good. We ate the Spring Rolls (not on menu in vegetarian version, but the owner was happy to make them), Papaya Salad and Pad Thai and thought all were excellent. We also had a good chat with the owner about Thai food – in Parksville and in Thailand and Happy Cow. This little restaurant is definitely worth a visit."
