"The food was decent, but the customer service was pretty bad. You might have been underoccupied this special Friday night, but we waited for 20 minutes after we had set ourselves on our waiter to welcome us and after we had a problem with one of our dishes. We waited and tried to get the waiter's attention for 15 minutes. Finally, one of us remembered his name, so we had to shout him because he would not look over our table, and we asked for the easy addition to the court. He said he had it right away. We then waited 20 minutes when a member of our party went to the bar, asked one of the gentlemen back to get what she needed, and THEN could get it and eat it. At this point, the rest of our party had finished their meals and it was cold from waiting. There was no intervention or encounter from the manager who was strange, as several waiting employees of our less than ideal situation were aware. When we received our cheque, we had to ask to reflect the frustration that our party member felt and the waiter removed an article. Overall, it was a very subpar experience."
