"This is a good spot if you're looking to grab a drink and listen to live music. The service is attentive and quick. However the food is underwhelming. They have a lot of burgers yet can't cook them to temperature. Both my boyfriend and I ordered our burgers medium and they were very well done. "I came for a conference and my wife and I were both annoyed by the beautiful view. The entire hotel is majestic and great. The Apex was no exception. Wife ordered a turkey club, she made it with gluten-free bread for her loved her bread. Page was an ugly Caesar salad that was perfect. I had an Apex burger that was delicious. I had riders and a pimple as my side. The restaurant has plenty of space inside and outside, as well as a firehouse! Coffee is also great. Great tea selection."

"We recently found this café when we look for a new dinner in Park City. The food here was great and the staff was pleasant and friendly. They have interior and exterior seats that are both great. This visit we wanted to eat outside. If you go and enjoy chocolate then I recommend the chocolate cream broth for dessert.
