"Arrived from out of town with a group of 7. Great downtown location. The place looked clean and attractive. We sat outside and enjoyed a gorgeous view overlooking the Brant River on a sunny summer Sunday. The coffee was very good and so were the apple fritters, which they appear to specialize in. The tables on the patio were all small and offered two seats, not very welcoming to larger groups. However, they were out of so many things from what already appeared to be a very limited menu to begin with. The service was not the pleasant kind you'd expect from small-town Ontario. And there was prolonged and considerable water hitting the awning coming from something on the floor above that was extremely annoying. In summary small changes can easily make this place an ideal 5 out of 5, but on this occasion no more than a 3 or 3.5."

"I loved the sandwich. They have an outdoor terrace overlooking the river. You also have a mini buffet salad with some sauces. It's a great place for lunch."

"Avoid this location. I went there a couple weeks ago with the intention of buying a box of Timbits. There were literally fruit flies swarming all over the Timbits in the display. Really disgusting. Obviously I walked straight out. I hadn't seen that there in years past so I'm guessing it's the new ownership."

"This is by far the worst experience I’ve had for wait times at a Tim Hortons. I know to avoid this location yet against my better judgement I stopped in yesterday. I was in line for 20 minutes, third person in line. Asked when we would be served as I had to get my kid to school, they still didn’t help. Line up was out the door. I left, went to the Paris road location. I was in and out and the manager was amazing. I will never attend this location again!!!"

"The service was pretty slow even though it wasn't very busy. Our server never asked how the food was. Good things: decent coffee, strawberry jam was tasty. Bad things: home fries were bland, peameal bacon on the benny was rubbery, holllandaise was tasted like it was just dumped out of a jar, and the pancake was strangely bitter, thought it was dusted with sugar and i put syrup on it. The bitter tasted lingered. For a place that is pancake driven, it was foul and more than disappointing. Never going back to this locarion."
