"I popped into this bistro / restaurant yesterday at around 14h30 - I wanted to make a lunch reservation for a group of 20-25 (surprise birthday!) during the second week of June. As I approached the bar area (from inside the Leclerc store), I was 'barked' at by a mature lady standing at the till - 'Sir, the bar is closed until 15h00!' she 'informed' me! No 'Bonjour', no I'm sorry, no please excuse us - just the loud and clear message 'we're closed'. I has not said one word. So - I turned around and walked out. There is actually a printed message on the side of the bar stating that there is no bar service between 12h00 and 15h00 - pretty useless for a lunchtime bistro! Appalling customer service. First impressions are everything and I certainly won'e be back - although I suspect they won't give a jot! :-) The reservation for the surprise birthday luch has been made elsewhere - more deserving of our cash!"

"I am very disappointed the welcome was not terrible, apparently everything is done home I do not believe it all because the quality was poor, for the price it is rather shameful. However, I looked at several reviews on the internet before I went there because I love to test small businesses in this genre but I am extremely disappointed by this one."

"Extremely disappointed Meals between colleagues (10 people), an arrival around 12:10, quick order (2 courses 8 dessert formulas with for the most entry and dish of the day.) The entrance of the day and the 2 dishes arrive quickly, then 40 long minutes before being rid of and having our dishes of the day. The dough is cold and Bologna is just hot. Finally, we stop there without taking dessert or coffee. 2 stars for entry speed and server run everywhere (service, bar, cash) well in front of his colleague."
