"Eaten here of times and front of house staff were rude and not at all helpful sat on a table with of us all men and couldn’t fit the pizza’s on there no bigger then planks of wood so uncomfortable to eat when asked we could we get more room we only got eyes rolled at us"

"Ordered wagyu omakase(not a real omakase btw), took more than 2 hours for everything to arrive tho waitstaff told us that was gonna take 30 mins and so. Food wise, tasted above average but not worth the wait time. Food portion was really weird. Waiter was rude, dropped hot plate at the side without informing us. Have us to move the hot plate ourself, dint even explain to us what was being served. Was told that kitchen is closing and we haven't even get our food. Really disappointing. Overall very bad experiences, would not come back."

"This is our favourite sushi on the Gold Coast and when it comes to price and quality; Honba Sushi can’t be beaten. It’s to the point now where we have stopped going to other sushi places as we are regularly disappointed in comparison with Honba. 10/10"

"What an amazing 'Gold Coast Gem '. The food was incredible, the ambience was amazing and the staff were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The cocktails were delicious. "I felt compelled to write my first ever review after getting takeaway from here last week. We had the fritto misti, vodka gnocchi, fungi and margarita pizzas. Fritto misti was absolutely delicious. They didn’t cook it until I had arrived to pick up so it was fresh and crispy and the tempura was so light and delicious. The vodka gnocchi was flavoursome, amazing. The margarita pizza wasn’t the greatest I’ve had, but the fungi was delicious. Tons of flavour from the truffle paste and mushies, the base wasn’t “pizza in Italy” good but it was a far cry better than some other local restaurants that look instagrammable but lack serious chew and flavour. We’ll be back for sure."

"Eating here is simply absolutely amazing. The seafood is fresh and juicy. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Snapper was cooked for perfection. Not to mention, the oysters are those who also go for. Service is not only professional, welcoming, but also fast."

"Went there cos we had a Groupon for drinks and a cheese platter. Groupon was supposed to be two cocktails but wasn't informed that by booking it at dinner we don't get two cocktails each. Also once two other parties arrived they seemed to forget we were there. The food was good and good cocktails."
