"We made a reservation for 20 and when we had waited 45 minutes we were told that they didn't have a reservation for us. When they finally came out, they said they could seat us, but we had to hurry because they had a 5 pm reservation, and we needed to be done and cleared out. The young lady who was supposed to have taken the reservation was very rude and was laughing with other servers about the situation. This restaurant needs to work on customer service."

"We’ve eaten at j. Gilbert’s a hand full of times and I will say this was the most disappointing. I ordered a KC strip that was cooked Ok but the steak was still tough and didn’t have great flavor. The better half had a pork chop that was under cookedAnd was extremely fatty. I ordered the sorbet which was horrible. The replaced it for the Creme Brûlée which was fine. For a for two people I expect better. Any chain steakhouse is better"

"My first time here and it was fantastic! the curry and kimchi croquettes were crispy and good and I saved some melons and milk bread for my s/o so that she can also try them out. the environment was soothing and soothing. I love the fact that the brot tastes so fresh all the time as it is baked daily. Make sure to come here early in the morning so they can get them extra fresh and crisp when they come. I recommend it very much!"

"We are huge fans of Kate and all of her amazing and yummy baked goods. It was a no-brainer that I had Kate make my husbands 40th birthday cake! She EXCEEDED all expectations and blew me away! Her attention to detail is amazing and she brought my vision to life! She’s so easy to work with, communication is flawless and pick up is a breeze. Highly recommend for all of you dessert needs!"
