"A bit too sweet sometimes. A lot of the drinks are customizable but the ones that can't be are too sugary to finish. Otherwise the cups are cute, the employees are nice and the seating is great for quick chats with friends."

"It happened just 30 mins ago. I purchased 4 Large drinks and 1 Medium to bring home for my family in Orleans. I thought the tray option is better as it needs to sit on my car while i drive. When they give me the drinks, the tray is very wobbly and they cannot even give it to me without holding it because it will fall. So i asked if they can give me bag instead and i know they mentioned that it's 15 cents so I said i'll give them 25 cents because i need it. They don't accept cash, they want me to pay by credit card. And they have 12-15 people lining up to place order. Does this make sense? The credit card charge is probably more expensive than the bag. I come here almost every week because my kids love bubble tea, but i think i'll stop for now, unless giving back a little, will be one of their values."

"Love love love this place!! I’ve been here several times; and it never fails to please me! Their watermelon slush juice is just DELICIOUS! If you’ve had Egyptian watermelon juice and know what real it tastes like this is a replica! Their bubble tea is one of the best in ottawa.... haven’t tried their desserts though"
