"Went for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter. Our waiter, James was very personable. My daughter had the fish and chips for $15. It also came with coleslaw. The portion was quite large. She said it was tasty and was full when she finished. I'm a vegetarian. There was only a pizza, a pasta dish or a salad to choose from. I ordered the three cheese pasta. It was $19 and was so small in comparison to what my daughter ordered. It was served in a tiny cast iron pan with two small burnt pieces of 'garlic' toast. (I couldn't taste the garlic). I left the restaurant still hungry."

"We loved this campsite. The grounds are well maintained and clean as well as the bathrooms and showers. The owners are friendly and helpful along with the rest of the staff. Large family campsite and our grandchildren had a great time on the beach and playgrounds. We would highly recommend it."

"Had lunch here today it was wing day....had Crooked they were awesome. It's been 7 yrs since I've been back in Oshawa boy do I miss my Crooked Uncle wings.....please open a restaurant up in Trenton pretty plz. If you haven't been here you gotta pop in have their wings.....absolutely awesome Keep up the great work, keep serving great food providing excellent service. Take care"

"Very nice classy place, I was very surprised since the ajax location was such a dump. This place does not belong in Oshawa. We had a great time. Service and food was superb. I have no complaints. I would give this place a 4.8 star just for that amazing burger. But it gets a 4 star since I did mess up 2 of our orders."

"Found service welcoming and obliging. It's clean, great entertainment on a usual basis, and there's never a shortage of eye-candy in the multiple monitors The General offers to watch, especially with multiple channels playing. The quality of beer is worth the price, there's cheap pool in a semi-private area that opens up with a break for seating. A gambling machine can bring in wins that really do pay out a cash bonus if perhaps the person was lucky, and most often is a community of people avoiding the dramas of life, enjoying each other's company in celebratory fun, from each visit I've enjoyed, personally...The only criticism I'd give is the price of a regular pitcher, other than that, it's worth the friendly price!!!"
