"I love Original Pancake House, and was coming frequently to them for over 10 years, unfortunately after pandemic the quality of the product and service went noticeably down this was my first time at this location and I was very pleasantly surprised the service was excellent on pre-pandemic level. The food arrived promptly, cooked exactly as I like the staff was very well trained and worked phenomenally well together . If you're new I definitely recommend going to this location if you've been missing what original pancake House used to be go to this location!!!!!!"

"The donuts were amazing. We ate coconut cream, chocolate Bavarian cream and an apple frit. Also a delicious turkey sandwich and a few chocolate doughnuts! I recommend Paula's!!!!"

"Edit: within the past month, the staff at this store the coffee has significantly improved. I'm really impressed and happy. Coffee is always disgusting, employees seem like they hate their lives and they charge you differently for the same thing. Any time I order extra caramel or extra pumpkin, I can't even taste the flavor, compared to other Tim's. If they're going to charge me 60 cents for am extra pump it would be cool to at least tell my coffee is flavored. They also won't use granulated sugar in iced coffee, they use this fake liquid sugar that has a horrible aftertaste. Convenient location, worst coffee I've ever had."
