"We discovered this place by accident on a Sunday morning walk but, as we had a lunch already booked, came back for morning tea. The coffee chai were nice but the coffee just needed to be hotter. The menu food we saw being...brought out looked delicious. The owner staff were friendly chatty. The prices looked pretty reasonable. Unfortunately they are not open on Mon/Tue so we couldn't go back to eat but will definitely be trying it again next visit to Orange. Do yourself a favour."

"Food done right. Each element on my plate was considered, cooked properly and compliments the other ingredients. Eggs perfectly poached and served with white and black sesame seeds. Extra texture, beautiful presentation. I would use nigella seed (as I do at home) but love that seeds were used. Its those extra details that elevate the dish. Tomatoes cooked properly and herbed. Im constantly frustrated being served undercooked tomatoes with no flavour. Nice to finally find a place that takes the time to cook them properly. The Tomatoes paired perfectly with the spicy chorizo (and also the haloumi that i stole from nieces plate). Flavourful mushroom. Plentiful bacon and sourdough. I didn 't even need to season this dish. 'The Feast ' was perfect and will get me through until tomorrow. Great coffee, in a mug big enough to swim in. If you want a meal that 's considered and a cut above, Groundstone is the place for you. Ill be back when I visit Orange again."

"I tried a boiled schecks as a quick dinner option and it was boiled to death and dry. I assume that his hit and miss when the blows are ready and not under the heating. I'm going to live for the next time, much cheaper and fresher. to disappoint the service of a very uninterested employee."

"Everthing was going just fine than I ordered my after work feed on my way home on Friday night. That's when ... I found a Pube in the box of my quarter pounder. I hadn't taken off any clothes so no chance it was mine!...Will be bringing this up further with higher McDonald's staff members It's not only disgusting and I vommited for the next 2 hours It isn't covid safe and I feel uncomfortable going near the venue now Disgusting!!!"

"Want cheap roast chicken then it's down the road you go for the eight dollar bird. This real charcoal chicken, the smokey natural heat combined with the fat dripping off the stuffed bird gives the unique flavor aficionados seek. Nice work. Cooking is at the...right temp so birds are golden and crispy skinned and super moist on the inside . Really nice work. Hey chef, as an experiment try brineing the birds and see if you think it improves your result. Stuffing, which is critical, is bland goop. Mixed fresh or dry herbs, maybe a little onion, tiny bit of garlic, white pepper, apricots put your heads together and fix this for a really outstanding product. Be brave you could really have something here but you need to do stuffing that is a bit more out of the box. Charcoal chicken shops have been doing this stuff the same or better since the middle of the last century. Store is very clean, service smiley and quick. Really, a cut above, price slightly more regular country take away, worth it if quality and taste matters to you as it does me."

"Scrumptious now has new management. They have removed the majority of the vegan options that were on the menu. The only vegan options now are a veggie burger and a wellness bowl. Very disappointing to see that they are no longer inclusive as the previous owners were. Used to come here everyday with family and friends but won’t be coming anymore."
