"We originally wanted to go to Gaja for KBBQ but the wait was 2 hr so we decided to try this place. Worse decision ever. The meat was frozen, there was no rice paper, and the service was... awkward. 1. All the meat was chewy, especially the pork! It was dry and very hard to eat. The best thing there was the MUSHROOMS LOL 2. The place was self serve so we were able to get our own utensils and items. The owner was upset and took away the extra tongs we got to cook our meat. they would look at us whenever we got our food and only changed our grill once. They never serviced us other than wanting to take away our plates. 3. Worse thing was, they automatically wrote their own 18% tip (after tax) without notifying us that gratuity was included. We always tip but this was the first time they wanted us to do it without even servicing us. 4. The servers kept staring at us while we were trying to enjoy our dinner as if we did something wrong."

"I am a tourist in the United States, and I came to this restaurant and the manager ask me for my passport or a valid US ID form to serve me a beer. I offered him to show a scan of my passport, and showed him two forms of foreign passport, but he refused to accept every one of them in a very uninclusive way. If you do not recommend from the United States You come to this restaurant!!! I felt very bad, me and mine? Friends stayed very angry about this situation to find a place where they would serve me a beer even though I'm strange?"

"This place is bomb. From brisket to the pastrami, amazing. And burnt ends which are a rarity around here, love getting my fix here for KC take bbq. Get there early to ensure they don't run out of what your heart desires. It's not cheap, but neither is the quality of the meat or how they prepare it. Sides are legit as well. You won't be disappointed and they're very nice as well."

"Great prices and they fill the donut for me that wasn't previously filled. That was nice of them. The ham and cheese croissant was also quite delicious and it was less than $10 for two people to eat."
