"This restaurant is located on the east side of Avenue Road south of Wilson Avenue. Parking is either on Avenue Road or the side streets. Once you get into the restaurant, take a deep breath and you will be transported to Jamaica, as the wonderful smells of jerk chicken are enough to make you want to sit in the sand under a palm tree. The food is truly awesome man! We had the boneless jerk chicken and the barbecued jerk chicken and both were superb! Leave enough room for the Jamaican rum cake with coconut ice cream. You will be warmed to your soul! The heat is just right as the depth of flavour is truly all encompassing, if you start with the soup, you will never want to leave, as the flavours dance on you tongue with the effervescence of the Caribbean!"

"My new go to spot in the area for J Chicken... Way better than Allwayne's and J King. Price is right for the portions served. Good beef patty. Will return to try some other dishes"

"Checked the price, and I was shocked. It is ridiculously expensive for Carribbean food. Did not even feel like it was worse to try. Now reading reviews, I'm glad I did not. You guys gotta adjust your price or make larger portions."

"I bought oxtail for $20. And literally got 5 small pieces of oxtail and hair clip. I called her after the manager or an e-mail address to express my concerns, and they told me they were not a manager. Several ladies always came on the phone to ask what happened. I told them that I would not disclose anyone except the manager and that I would like an email address to indicate my complaint in a written format. (For some reasons, my husband took up the conversation because I called on speaker there. They hung on me, I tried to call back and answer. I'm going to mediation"
