"I will have to let the dust settle before I go back to Soba if ever. Ate there today. Not at all excited about any aspect of my experience.New owners talking about old owner out in the open to every table. This is unacceptable and will kill your business. Focus on what you are going to do with your new business.Service was all over the place. Only the the two owners and a new server. All 3 were helping every table, a little overboard. Yes yes I know the deal but as an owner you do not talk negatively or correct the one you are training in front of clientele.Food was fair at best. If you’re going to ask my opinion your going to get an answer. If an Asian restaurant can’t fry rice, I have my doubts about their success."

"Absolutely FANTASTIAN meal here with my husband tonight. The Crab Rangoon and Shaggin Shrimp appetizers were excellent and huge for just $8 per hour. Then we had excellent Peel and Food Shrimp and Crab Cakes plates. My Crab Cakes we are perhaps the best I ever had, fell apart with my fork, practically no filler, tasted and looked like pure crab meat. The price is based on the market price, so keep it in mind, but that is how it should be when the crab cakes are so clear crab meat and not filler. Tonight my plate was worth $23 and more than it. Fast service, Alicia was our server and she was great. Very recommended! We arrived very early, not sure how it will be packed later in the dinner time. We'll be back DEFINITELY."
