"Avoid this place..I went today and ordered the daube which is a traditional French dish of beef stew with onions , red wine and carrots etc..I order this .eventually it arrived. It was NOT a daube at all..it was basically a beef cous cous with spices and raisins....(that was there plate du jour) why didn't they tell me the truth ie they had none rather than try to pull the wool over my eyes? I guess they thought we were tourists or knew nothing about food. How wrong they were however the most disappointing thing was the waitress who lied and tried to tell me it was Daub. !! Avoid."

"Let me say I’m not a difficult person but…I have to give an honest review because I was very disappointed. Mozzarella salad was delicious Octopus meal was nice portion and delicious. Steak no taste , undercooked and dry. They changed it with lamb chops and was hard as the table I was served on. The house wine was so disgusting. Now about the service. Two managers running the place, one dark hair doing her best and agreeing the steak was hard and not eatable, she was doing her best to offer us something different from the menu, but the other blonde hair manager WOW… wow… wow, not only she didn’t care and was sitting outside kissing her boyfriend the whole time, but she had the nerve to come and tell me that the steak wasn’t hard she checked when it was returned in the kitchen, that everything was our fault. I told her continue the way you’re running this place I guess you think you’re doing everything right. Horrible management that’s all I have to say about this place."

"There is no star restaurant in Vielle ville in nizza. but tjis is so close. choose the men. it is so well appreciated. eating is no matter the 1 stars of the torn. but the prices are so much better. friendly and attentive...Staff goodchoice of weeping and resonable preisen. I'll be back, agsin and back. they can enjoy a hostile evening to a reasonable journey. Very good."

"We had lunch here today, in a group with a baby. it is a beautiful small place, with wonderfully attentive service and a good selection menu. I had a perfectly cooked (saignant) steak and shared a beautiful Portuguese rosé. comes back."

"We chose this restaurant based on the tripadvisor reviews. For the most part, our experience lived up to them. We shared a goat's cheese salad which was incredibly good - the cheese was warm on the outside and soft on the inside, paired perfectly with a simply salad of lettuce, tomato and balsamic dressing. My husband had the 1/2 chicken which was also great - I tried some and it was moist and flavoursome.The reason I couldn't give the restaurant five stars was my main. I had the tagliatelle with pesto. Bad choice. The pasta felt dry and the pesto was so salty that I couldn't eat much at all. I barely ate 1/4 of the dish and was going to explain to the waitress what the problem was, but she wasn't interested in why I hadn't eaten much of it. She whisked it all away at the end of the meal without asking how it all was. I was a little upset by this and walked away disappointed as it was our last night in Nice. At least I was able to have some delicious gelato (elsewhere) for dessert.Overall, apart from my meal the food was good. The service was superficially pleasant but I didn't feel any attempt to connect with us."

"Fixed seating in the open and sitting areas in the interior as well as sitting in the upper floor. the personal was very helpful and the English menu (although touristic). we have the pork with palenta and the scallops. the porky were good, but a little porky, but it was well seasoned and tenderly the palenta is also very good. the additional side of the veggies was very good and so beautifully presented. the scallops I guess weren't the biggest hit. the portions are French instead of Italian. feels very authentic French."
