"My wife and I walked out to the Sandtrap restaurant, just over 1km away from our Bed and Breakfast accommodation. We sat outside to eat as it was a warm evening tables were quickly taken as soon as they became free. A half rack of ribs on a bed of slaw with a Caesar salad and burger with sweet potato fries waffle cut was what we ordered. The food came up quickly and was very acceptable in terms of portion size and flavours. I had a strawberry cider which was on draft. Different but really hit the spot with the warm weather. Service was slick and super friendly what’s not to like?"

"This is the lounge/bar option at the Queen’s Landing hotel. We unexpectedly ended up having lunch here when a huge thunderstorm put a damper on our plans for going into town. The hamburger was ok but the little packets of mayonnaise were impossible to open, even for the server. Oddly, he said they make a mayonnaise on-site but couldn’t serve it in the lounge. The french fries, though crisp, tasted like they’d been cooked in oil used to fry fish. A replacement serving tasted like they’d replaced the oil with fresh and were much better. The calamari was delicious. As in the adjacent restaurant, service was a little slow but they may be short staffed, as many places seem to be."

"We visited the Niagara Oast House Brewers last week, and it was an absolute pleasure. The wide variety of craft beers was impressive, as was their incredibly great quality.Our servers (Rachel and Anna) offered wonderful hospitality, and they seemed truly pleased to introduce some new customers to Oast 's products. They were very generous, going above and beyond our expectations.It was also a pleasure to be surrounded by customers who lived in the local community. Not only did they share their thoughts about (and appreciation for) Oast 's products, they also gave recommendations about other must visit locations in the region.This was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to visiting again in the future."
