"Both waitresses need training on customer service as it was very poor when we were there on 08/11 evening. Need improvement on: Order taking, dish description and spice level, explaining on all the type of available drinks etc. Hope it get improved. We liked their food but it was very small amount for the price we paid.Parking: Affordable street parking nearby available."

"Great atmosphere and ambiance. The setting for outdoor dining-along the river with a wonderful deck and patio-makes for a wonderful summer dining experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was very good, but not amazing. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Bend."

"My wife and I came here as part of our anniversary trip to the falls. We wanted to try out the original buffalo wings and saw that they also offered buffalo chicken pizza. We usually get buffalo chicken pizza to other pizza chains than our choice of pizza. When we tasted the buffalo chicken pizza, we were blown away. Buffalo chicken pizza from other restaurants are now ruined for us. Those were the hands I've ever had! The wings were also amazing! If you're a fan of buffalo chicken pizza like my wife and I, you have to try Achor Bar's. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed. Our server was very nice and made sure we took care of it. The air conditioning was very cold. We definitely come back!"

"I was visiting Niagara Falls area for the first time. Being of Italian decent we looked for an Italian restaurant to eat at and Johnny Rocco's came up in our search and didn't have horrible reviews. We decided to try it and aside from the service, which was is only good thing I could say about this place.HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered the Famous Parmesan Chips, UGH they appeared to be potato chips sprinkled with Kraft powdered cheese. Well on to the main dish, I ordered the, lemon peppered salmon dish and it just gets worse. This was actually inedible. I love fish and order it frequently. One thing for sure is it should not smell of fish and that was the first thing that turned my stomach, and then just the way it was prepared. YUK!!!It came with sides of vegetables and my choice of spaghetti with marinara sauce. Sauce was also terrible. When the waitress returned and asked if all was ok, I had to mention I really didn't like my dish and she said she would let the owner know. My dish was approximately $28 and I ate a tiny amount of what was served. I assumed the owner would remove the entire amount of the dish, beings I hardly touched it, but once again another let down. The waitress said she was told to discount only $10. Since we where vacationing and I didn't want to ruin any more of my night, I voiced my frustration and just paid. I am not a frequent person to post reviews, however, I felt I had to write this one to help the next potential victim. If the owner would have at least removed the cost of the dinner I did not eat I would have felt somewhat better.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"We were in the location, a last minute reservation for a party of 3 on Friday (the stars had aligned.) when entering the building, there are 2 gift shops downstairs and an arcade in the cellar. they ask that they wait until 15 minutes before their reservation to get their reservation tickets. remember, there are dinners and observation reservations (each need a ticket.) then wait in the line to enter the glass door elevators they enter up to the restaurant. it was a bit chaotic, as there are several groups that drive the elevators in and out. we sat within 5 minutes. that is spectacular. the restaurant turns within 365 degrees in an hour; the time allowed for photos. we ordered the calamari, garlic bread, salmontree, urribentree and new york strip entree; they were each cooked for perfection and tasted delicious. they give them free bread with butter after ordering. the alcoholic beverages were between 10-$14 (depending on drink.) overall an amazing experience, but in the understood it is an experience so that the cost is expensive. they have parking space, they have a child menú and if they have dinner reservations; the lookout deck is free."
