"I stopped here a month ago while my mom was at a doctors appt in Hartford. The burgers were sooo good that I had to bring my kids after we shoveled ours and my moms driveway today. Physical labor. Something Like a treat for hard work and no complaining. Love my kids.We live in Waterbury so my daughter ordered while we drove out. Called in the parking lot and they brought these beautiful tasty sandwiches out to my family. I only have 1 issue and it may just be a misunderstanding on my part. I put my tip in with my payment, but who gets it. The one who took my order or the sweet young lady who brought it out??Maybe they split it with the crew. "Horrible service by there Manger named Dallas. Soon as I sat down he tells me to move my truck I had no problem. There are literally 2 other families here he was up set I parked in Togo when someone was in my way so I'm gonna take the spot .Our waiter was more professional Ryan Kelly on point. Highly Satisfied other than the Manger who has a staff meeting in the entrance where I got 2 uncomfortable stare downs by staff . How bout you give your job to Ryan so he can run this establishment. With Class. I go to Many Restaurants By Far I give this place a 0 Will never come back.And Thanks Ryan for a great experience even though your Manger is Trash. Over 16,000 people read my reviews. "Went there for the first time for my birthday. The staff was awesome. The food was delicious. I got the nachos and fried mozzarella. I know they are just apps but they were good. Only giving it 4 stars because I need to test out more food! Oh and the drinks were spot on delicious!"
